Their quote was better than a competitor and when they were done they told me they used less sand than they thought they would need and told me that I owed $1250 less than the bid! That kind of character and honesty is almost unheard of these days. Going forward they are the only company I will use and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Excellent job!”

“Horrible customer service! I requested them to pump our septic tank, so we could close on our house. Unfortunately, they did not call me to let me know that the riser lid was broken when they were pumping the tank. When I called them afterwards, Lisa quoted me $50 to fix it, and I scheduled another appointment. She called back later and increased the price of her estimate, and then hung up on me when I refused. She then left another voicemail where she increased the price a third time to $150, saying that she could not possibly do it for less. I found another company in town to replace the lid for $40.”
