“We had the best experience! We lost heat on an especially cold day, and had been told by another company that this was a gas Pressure regulator issue. Andrew was here early this morning and stayed until he made sure everything was working well. In addition, he identified the correct problem and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. I can’t speak more highly of them. Great customer service, great communication, great quality in their repairs.”

“There are companies that are great and then those who go above and beyond. All About Plumbing is off the chart. I had to have my entire home replumbed due to age and water quality. I had a burst joint late at night and Thomas offered to come out and check it even at the late hour and we were able to shut the water off and wait until the next day. He was quick and efficient in the repair but then delivered the news we needed a major repair. We were given a fair quote and some perks for acting within 30 days of the original repair with offers to replace all the faucets in the house included. We even got a new outdoor faucet to make life more convenient. The largest part of the job was completed in one day with only one little issue which Thomas was very generous in working on himself at no extra cost. The crew was hard working, well managed, polite, and gave me updates and a complete tour of all the fantastic work they had done during the day. Shout out to Peter, Ashton, Alan, and Jesus for all their hard work and professionalism. I can’t recommend these folks enough. The office staff was amazing and courteous about financing and payments and eased my mind with all my concerns. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience. We will call on you all again!”

“Marco is best plumber in Asheville. He went above and beyond. This company also does a great job of getting you in quick and communication. The front receptionists are kind on phone. Only plumbing company I like using. On septic side they also do a good job. They are required for everything to be up to code so I appreciate that because they will not do anything even if you ask them to unless it’s up to code. They have fixed lots of plumbing issues at our home and brought it all up to code and fixed correctly. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. They are worth the price.”

“Total pros and really nice people; from the phone representatives who originally handled our call to our technician Matt. We had a plumbing emergency and a neighbor recommended All About Plumbing. This company went above and beyond. Way beyond. Our issue took a day and a half to resolve. It was complicated, it was cold outside and Matt, our technician worked til way after dark the first night. On day two, Matt and All About were back on our case by 8am. We were in a mess with no laundry, no toilet flushing ability, no drainage, no showers and holiday house guests arriving within 48 hours. By dark day two, our house was functioning again thanks to a new pump and a lot of hard work. This was a costly fix (new pump to transport water/sewage away from our mountain home into sewer system) but Matt was communicative about cost and concerned about pricing. Good people. Great service. Highly recommend.”
