“I was quoted $279, but when the technician arrived, we were charged $415. The technician then threatened my husband after refusing to pay a fee of $49.95. I had to call the police in order to get this terrible company off my property. The home office did nothing to help, only got mad at me for being frustrated and then I was hung up on. The technician finally got off my personal property only to literally run over my drainage pipe, completely breaking it. This company refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing and has also stated that they will not cover the cost of my property damage. This company falsely advertises, takes 5 weeks to get you on their schedule, then tries to rob you / change the price because you obviously need help. I couldn’t say more about how illegal they operate, how terrible the customer service was and how disrespectful the technician (we dealt with - Tim Goodwin) was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
