βWe recently had HoneyBee come out to service our septic tank system. Their communication was great and so were the guys, Dillon and Jeff. (Sorry I didn't get the name of the third man. He was great too.) They were on time and took time to answer all my questions and did a GREAT JOB! I also learned there are two entries to the system that our previous company did not even open to clear. Not only did they empty but inspected to see anything that was needed....We added a filter, which we didn't have, to protect our leech field which I appreciated them pointing out. I will definitely recommend them and will be seeing them again in 3 to 5 years to service again. So nice to have them so close in Mt. Pleasant.β
βHoney Bee helped solve a septic issue with support and recommendation of a service provider that was awesome. Honey Bee was booked for our need but help find a partner that provided excellent service and it was refreshing to see these companies work together to help folks in need. Not mentioning the other company but left them a great review as well. Thanks to all!β
βI can't say enough good things about HoneyBee Septic as their office staff were very efficient with returning phone calls and notification on arrival times. Dillon and Tyler were amazing on locating our septic and completed the pumping process along with cleaning the work area after completion. I usually don't leave reviews but found their service to above the standard you find today.β
βChristy was able to get a crew to our home first thing this morning. The crew was super nice and quick. When you have a septic issue, you want to know you have a company that will take care of you quickly and professionally. They will be our go to for all our septic needs.β
βThey diagnosed my problem as a clogged line, ( wet ground and green grass )from the distribution box as well as septic tank was needing to be pumped. I was told that they could probably clear the line by vacuuming it out after doing the tank. Well, I don't see that happening after watching the tank being sucked out. Only water in the distribution box and tail lines are going to come out, no blockages. They did install a filter at the exit point of the tank prior to the distribution box. They added chemicals which you can buy online for about $400 that multiplies the bacteria and suppose to help clear blockages. However, they charge $2,000 for the chemical treatment. The Truck which sucked the the tank empty leaked some type of fluid in my gravel driveway and left a large saturated spot. The bill was tallied up (expensive) and paid by credit card before they left. Almost $3,500 dollars After 2 1/2 weeks, the ground is still wet where I was having an issue, so apparently the magic chemicals didn't work. My advice is Stay Clear of the Honeybee π or you will get Stung !β
