βOur septic pump failed two days before Thanksgiving, and Cory from Septic Blue of Charlotte came to the rescue the same day. Everyone else said they couldnβt get to us for at least 24 hours. Cory worked tirelessly all day to pump the tanks, replace the pump, and install a new control panel to replace our 30-year-old unit. He stayed late into the night, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude the entire time. Weβre so grateful for his professionalism, hard work, and dedication. Highly recommended!β
βCory was professional, knowledgeable, timely and personable. He explained the entire process before he started and kept me informed along the way. If anything else needed to be done, he explained what was wrong and gave me the option of repairing it or not. Cory did not try to pressure me into making any repairs. I trusted him completely and would highly recommend him to others. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you Cory!β
βCory the technician was amazing, did a fantastic job and arrived in a very timely manner but thatβs where it ends. Septic Blue as a company advertises 325.00 per 1000 gallon tank, we have a 1000 gal tank but Septic Blue charges extra to βbreak upβ the debris on top and informed me when the level is at the top the actual amount is closer to 1400 gallons (I do not believe that) and would cost 577.00 to pump out the waste. I believe this is a classic bait and switch and I cannot recommend this company. If you say it cost 325.00 per 1000 gallon tank then honor your ad .β
βCory Bergman from Spector Blue was technician on Christmas Eve emergency. We left a call about midnight the night before for service we were called back about 7:00am before we had gotten out of bed. Called him back he showed around 9:00 am. Told me his plan and went right to work. He kept me informed on every step of the way. This man knew what he was doing and around 1:00 pm he was finished. You would have to have been here to see the emergency we had - it was a big job. I would highly recommend him and Septic Blue for your septic tank needs.β
βI was told $275 to pump a 1000gal tank. Magicly it changed to $600. The techs were great. However that is a very sketchy to advertise $275 when it's not true. Not to mention the end I paid $1600 for them to put in a $30 pvc pipe with a $30 plastic filter. Won't use them again. I work with trustworthy companies only.β
