“I called several septic people last night (Sunday night) because our toilets weren't flushing and we could tell that it was likely time to have our septic pumped. I talked to 6-7 companies and either they couldn't come out or would need to schedule over a week out. Since our toilets weren't working, we would need someone sooner than that. A Countywide Septic was the only one able to come out first thing this morning (Monday) and get us taken care of. Several other folks quoted us anywhere from $600 to $1000, with A Countywide it was SOOO much less than that. The sweetest, kindest lady answered the phone, got our info and assured me she'd have someone out bright and early! Her guys were running a little late, but she let me know and even offered for them to come by and pump it and settle up with her later so I could go ahead into work. We ended up sticking around and when they got there, Austin and the guy with him were so kind and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience. These folks are so kind! They took their time, explained everything and even answered all my crazy questions! Thank y'all so, so much! We hope we don't have any issues until our next time to pump, but if we do, we sure do know who to call!”
