βI had Dylan with Brown Trout Septic come out to pump my septic tank and he did an exceptional job! The whole process from scheduling to the service to the payment was super easy and everything went smoothly. Dylan was communicative and I got a notification letting me know that he would be arriving soon. He was very respectful, knowledgeable (he took the time to educate me about my septic tank), and worked hard to make sure my yard was put back together as much as possible. I'll definitely be using Brown Trout Septic in the future!β
βDylan came to the house and was on time. Sent a text to let me know he was on the way and very friendly. Got right to work and was done pumping my septic system within an hour. Had to dig out the top on the caps and put the dirt back neatly. No issues and went smooth. Paid him what was quoted and I went about my day. I am Very happy.β
βDylan was great! We called him to come pump our septic tank, (this was one of the only companies that actually answered the phone) and he showed up about an hour later. Got the work done in a timely manner & even tried to help us with another issue. 10/10 recommend!!β
βBrown Trout came out to pump our septic tank in a quick fashion and was very helpful in informing me on the systems construction and overall functionality. The scheduling and billing process was very easy and user friendly. Awesome job and thank you for your help!!! Highly recommend Brown Trout for your septic needs.β
βI am editing my original review, as I felt this update was warranted, in an attempt to educate and prevent something like this happening to someone else. Hire someone who knows what they're doing and isn't just looking to make a buck. Dylan showed up, dug in the wrong spot, said he couldn't open the tank because the lid was cracked, and left charging me a full inspection amount and no solution suggestions. The photo Dylan sent me was the photo on the left. Different recent company photo is on the right. As shown in the photo, the tank lid is perfectly intact and the tank is clearly accessible for pumping and inspection. The issue lies in the fact that the tank itself is what's cracked. So what he described as a potential few hundred dollar lid replacement is actually a few thousand dollar tank replacement. Which I'm only now knowing after purchasing the property due to their negligence, false information, and harassment for payment. Save yourself the money and headache of this company.β
