The whole process from scheduling to the service to the payment was super easy and everything went smoothly. Dylan was communicative and I got a notification letting me know that he would be arriving soon. He was very respectful, knowledgeable (he took the time to educate me about my septic tank), and worked hard to make sure my yard was put back together as much as possible. I'll definitely be using Brown Trout Septic in the future!”

“I am editing my original review, as I felt this update was warranted, in an attempt to educate and prevent something like this happening to someone else. Hire someone who knows what they're doing and isn't just looking to make a buck. Dylan showed up, dug in the wrong spot, said he couldn't open the tank because the lid was cracked, and left charging me a full inspection amount and no solution suggestions. The photo Dylan sent me was the photo on the left. Different recent company photo is on the right. As shown in the photo, the tank lid is perfectly intact and the tank is clearly accessible for pumping and inspection. The issue lies in the fact that the tank itself is what's cracked. So what he described as a potential few hundred dollar lid replacement is actually a few thousand dollar tank replacement. Which I'm only now knowing after purchasing the property due to their negligence, false information, and harassment for payment. Save yourself the money and headache of this company.”
