“I never leave reviews but after this great experience, I felt like I had to leave one. That said, Forsyth Rooter picked up the phone at 8 AM on the day after New Year’s Day and was able to schedule me for same day service when I couldn’t reach a real person at any other rooter company in town. They also gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone and charged me the lower end of that estimate when they completed the work. Thomas was extremely professional. He listened to the troubleshooting that I already completed and he approached solving my problem with the upmost care for my 73 year old home. It is hard to find professional business with real people that care and simply get the job done. Thank you for a great experience and for clearing my main waste line! Word of advice, don’t use those flushable wipes in old pipes 🤦🏻‍♂️”
