“The men who came out to clean out my septic were great! They even informed me that the company can place risers down. They wrote on the ticket “will call in for risers”. That's when things took a turn... A different employee who came to do the job never called, instead he showed up without notice. No appointment was ever made by anyone. They just took it upon themselves to make an appointment without discussing it with us. He said they just scheduled him and gave him a ticket to do the job. I was fine with him doing the job even though I was not prepared for them to come. I proceeded to ask him about price and he said he knew nothing about the prices so he would have the office contact us or we can call. He said he was happy because he got to go home early since we were his last job so he used any excuse to just leave. He was even backing his truck out while talking to me. We then received a phone call a few days later from a woman who says she is the owner. She was VERY rude and nasty! Not only did they not communicate with us but, according to their own employee, they didn't communicate with him either. I would happily not use their services again! I found another company with much more professionalism.”

“Story time. I chopped up a septic cover with my lawn mower and stopped by to visit. I described the top and saw a small pile of them sitting off to the side. The owner told me they were extra and to take one if I'd like. It was the exact right top. I had a clog somewhere and didn't know if it was inside or outside my house. After calling their main desk to ask, they had someone in the area stop by after a previous appointment ended to help me out and confirm that the clog was inside my house (helped greatly when the plumber arrived). I wish every business I interacted with was like Yeska. Thank you!”
