They were listed on the approved servicers but I had to go out of my way to deal with the administrative tasks around getting the report to my township which is not how it's supposed to work. “Worked with Kevin (and his boss Ray) on a grinder pump trouble alarm. Called Kevin on a Sunday and he offered to come the next day so I could avoid the extra cost. By Wednesday the situation was resolved! Grinder pump was OK, but the rail system installed previously (subpar workmanship by others) needed to be removed and new floats and check valve installed. Took them a bit trying to get the old rail system to work but it was too warped. System now working fine! Pleasure to work with them, esp. with their sense of humor! “Jan 27, 2026 just after the big snow the temperature dropped crazy low. I had done everything I could think of or read about to prevent pipes freezing. Well, the water pipes were running smoothly but all of my drains and toilets stopped flowing. I called Wind River around 6 pm and scheduled an emergency unclogging appointment. Very nice operator took the call. Nick arrived at 12 noon the next day. To be honest I was a bit concerned that he was too young to battle the challenges of my crazy, 100+ year home and all that goes with it. I was completely wrong! Nick did an amazing job! “Customer service doesn’t exist. I have been calling for over one month and was told the owner would reach out to me and he hasn’t bothered. No one answers the phone. Every time I call it says I’m over 10 people deep in waiting and I’ll get a call back 3-4 hours when I’m no longer available with no number to call back-the process just repeats itself with 10 caller deep message-likely other unhappy customers. “We have been using Miller's septic for 16 years. I had a question and made a phone call. Spoke to one of the owners. She was a female. Rude as can be all I did was ask a question and after 16 years of service she told me to find a new provider for our septic. I'm surprised they've been in business this long if that's how they treat people that have been working with them for 16 years and just had a simple question that needed answered. “Beware of misleading scheduling & lack of customer satisfaction. I was told almost 2 months ago that it would be an 8 week wait list for septic pump. I call today after the full first week in January 2023 and Susan wants to tell me now it is as long as up to 12 weeks for the waitlist, (she told me 8weeks per last conversation) so I’m assuming at least 4 more weeks but still has no timeframe in mind of when my address will be serviced. Please take note that on both conversations then & now she was advising me to seek services somewhere else.
