β€œJan 27, 2026 just after the big snow the temperature dropped crazy low. I had done everything I could think of or read about to prevent pipes freezing. Well, the water pipes were running smoothly but all of my drains and toilets stopped flowing. I called Wind River around 6 pm and scheduled an emergency unclogging appointment. Very nice operator took the call. Nick arrived at 12 noon the next day. To be honest I was a bit concerned that he was too young to battle the challenges of my crazy, 100+ year home and all that goes with it. I was completely wrong! Nick did an amazing job! He worked hard, was forced to spend a lot of time out in the extreme cold, empathetic to my anxiety, and worked to get everything flowing. By just after 3, my plumbing issues were solved. Thank you so very much to Nick!! I hope the Kline Wind River Company recognizes Nick's outstanding work, work ethic, and empathy for a very worried home owner. Final charge was $783 One warning I would give potentialfuture customes, they ask for a card payment information upfront when the appointment was scheduled. The amount due was charged before anyone from the company gave me the final amount owed. I am very grateful I gave them a card that could cover that amount.”

β€œCustomer service doesn’t exist. I have been calling for over one month and was told the owner would reach out to me and he hasn’t bothered. No one answers the phone. Every time I call it says I’m over 10 people deep in waiting and I’ll get a call back 3-4 hours when I’m no longer available with no number to call back-the process just repeats itself with 10 caller deep message-likely other unhappy customers. What a joke. The technician that arrived spoke zero English and wrote a contradictory report. I will not be using this company ever again.”
