“Our drainfield began to show signs of failure and we called a large company to come out. We had to pay for them to come out ($200) and look at a puddle and then to tell us we needed well over $1000 of work to scope the field and see what's the problem. My wife got a hold of Matt from septix and was more than helpful from the second he responded. Matt came out on FATHERSDAY to assess the problem. We spent some time together and he unloaded a lot of knowledge on on me about my septic system and things we can do to alleviate the problem. Needless to say, we will be staying with Matt for all of our septic services from now on. Thanks, Matt!”
