He checked out the situation as expected, let us know what the issues were, and provided us with a very reasonable repair estimate. We’re very pleased with Tyler’s efficient service, professionalism and friendliness. We have no hesitation recommending Mr. Rooter. And if any future plumbing issues (knock on wood!), we’d request Tyler knowing from his visit, his work ethic and resolving the issue at hand.
