“I rarely take the time to write reviews. I don't think I've ever written a negative one, but I had such a horrible experience with this company! I would give zero stars if I could. Unfortunately the technician ran into some problems with our septic tank when he was pumping it. I don't know much about septics, and the technician wasn't explaining things well so I called my husband to try to pass on the info and to ask him questions about it. When I told the technician I couldn't hear him (the technician was too far away, the hose was loud, and we have traffic next to our home) he yelled at me to get off my phone. Really? How rude can you be? This is my property! I told him no. I'm not getting off the phone with my husband. It's safe to say we will never use this company again. We'll find someone else to fix our septic problems.”

“I just called 2 hours ago, and luckily a driver was in the area. From calling to draining our septic tank literally was 2 hours. That’s seriously incredible. The price wasn’t too expensive either, and Darla was amazing in setting us up very quickly. The driver and worker could not have been nicer. 5 stars all around”

“JR was awesome. He came out & completed our service. Ours is located under the deck that was put up. It didn't even phase him. He was very informative about the maintenance. He shared with me information I did not know about my tank. We will definitely be calling again when the magnet on our fridge says too. Also, they have an awesome additive for the tanks.”

He helped my husband ensure all pipes were clear and working before he left! The lady in the office was able to schedule our cleaning around our schedule which was super helpful!!
