“I had an amazing experience with Essig and would highly recommend them. My heater kept turning off and the temperature was going to be dropping to 6 degrees over the next few nights. Moon, who handled my call and scheduling was calm and professional. She set up for a service tech to come the next day as I didn't feel it was an emergency since I had space heaters. The service tech Jon B. was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my heater issue and what he could do to fix it. Having a heating system over 40 years old, I had to come to terms it was probably time to replace it. David M came out to provide me an estimate. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was left feeling reassured that Essig was the best company to have called.”

“I left the company a message describing my situation on Sunday evening. I received a text immediately stating they’d contact me first thing Monday morning. They did. In today’s world that’s a plus. After a brief discussion I was told someone would be here after lunch. My technician Joe, got here before lunch. And they keep you informed via text until the tech is at your door. I like that. Joe was very polite, and knowledgeable. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, including running for a part. He then did preventative maintenance on the heater which hadn’t been done in a while. I’m impressed with Joe and the Essig group. Peace of mind for a reasonable price.”

“Mike did a good job cleaning our dryer vent. Explained what he was going to do and was quick and professional. I was told it was going to be one price by someone that works there and when I called, it was $50 more. They did allow the price match since I was told by an employee which I truly appreciate. My only negative is that I was told I’d get a time window and I only got a 20 minute heads up.”
