Their response was less than prompt I picked up the cell phone scrolled into plumbers and came up with roto-rooters number so I called. I knew the company I knew that they were committed to advertising their products. I was connected with Stephen Hogan he was fantastic took my call seriously responded quickly and thoroughly. It was a huge job at least from my perspective and the team he sent out was effective and thorough. Stephen stayed on top of the job to make the sure things were going well. The repair crew was effective and efficient and understood I had a brand new driveway and I had to dig right along the edges of it did absolutely no damage and I was really pleased. The one thing that I really love about this company is they don’t charge you to come out. They come out, assess the work that needs to be done and give you an estimate and then they’re ready to do the work if you agree with the estimate. My experience has been that most other places charge you at least $100 just to come out even if you decide not to use them. So I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again. Highly recommended.”
