“Brady M came out to address a clogged line from the house to the septic. After the initial diagnosis wasn’t promising and not much left to try, he took the time to go the extra mile and look into the issue further by sticking his arm down into the hole and found the actual issue, real badass move. Most people would have given the bad news and took off, but something didn’t make sense to him and he kept trying to figure it out until he got it. He than explained to me how to avoid the problem in the future as well as a few DIY tricks to try. Really great work ethic, people skills, as well as technical knowledge. Anyone who gets him as a tech can be assured if he can possibly help u he will. Thank you to the crew in dispatch and customer service as well. Mary was the rep and was awesome in getting us set up and dispatch got Brady to us with in a few hours. Highly recommend.”
