“Rob just pulled out of my driveway after a job well done, and I simply had to head straight to my phone to leave him a 5-star review. When I was looking for a company to come pump my septic tank, England Septic's reviews convinced me that he could do the job and do it well. Now that I've actually seen him in action, I can fully attest to the reason why his Google review score is so high. When I first called him for an estimate, he answered his phone right away. When I called him to schedule the appointment, he answered right away. You may be wondering why I'm telling you this-- it's because there are, unfortunately, companies that will send you to voicemail and/or never call you back. He was able to schedule me right away and arrived when he said he would--no waiting around for hours on someone to show up. He was polite, respectful, professional, and hardworking. He patiently listened to my many questions and answered them thoroughly in a way that I could understand. He worked hard and didn't stop until the job was complete. He dug down to my tank, pumped out both sides of the tank (liquids and solids), reburied the tank back to the way it was, and did all of this for a very reasonable price.
