“One month after buying our house, we had a pipe burst in our front yard. I called Mac Plumbing & Joyce was so nice & understanding. She got us scheduled immediately. Their technician, Danny, showed up 30 minutes later- if that. So fast! He took a look at everything, gave us some options and quotes, contacted 811, and got us scheduled for a repair THE NEXT DAY. I was THRILLED! He gave us all the info on the process & what to expect. I received a text informing me of being scheduled, the time the crew would arrive, & a photo of the tech. Love that feature! Steven & Cole arrived promptly at 11am and stayed til the job was done around 4pm. They were so friendly, professional, & informative. Again, they gave me a rundown on what to expect that day. They both put me at ease when I had questions. Truly went above & beyond. They cleaned up my yard & sidewalk before they left, even carrying off some branches they had to cut, which I appreciated. I’m also thankful they were able to get the job done and not bust my sidewalk! My yard looks like nothing happened. I couldn’t be happier with the job & service. Highly recommend!”
