I've had to call every week to let them know they haven't picked up our trash for the last 6 weeks and they still haven't fixed the problem. They do this quite often. Only been using them for 11 months and I can think of at least 20 to 25 times they have not picked up our trash total and I had to call and complain.. now I know why they have a 1.4 star rating if I could give zero Stars I would.

Very pleased with the service they provide, especially through the holiday times. I know the workers have sacrificed family time to make sure their customers are taken care of! We appreciate that and would recommend GFL to anyone seeking trash services.

This is why they are rated the way they are… their trucks leak throughout the neighborhood and leave the smell behind for days. Our neighbors reported this to them the first time they did it and now this week it’s even worse! Fix your truck!

GFL is a complete waste of your money and time. Do not bother with using this trash service unless you want a trashy service. I've been with GFL for over a year, I've had a couple missed services. What has been their real problem is billing department. I was on autopay, billing was never a issue until 2024. In 2024, I was billed twice in one month, 03/1/2024 for a three month service of $96, then 15 days later on 03/14/2024 for another $65. Then every three month there after. Until something happened between 11/29/2024 and 03/14/2025. I now have two accounts for the same address. GFL - created a second account did not change or notify me and then started billing me for late payments under the new account. Never use them, or they will try and scam you!!! Don't set them up on autopay or they will double dip your account change it whenever they feel like it and charge you more for being late.

If you want this service, this company will be banging around trash cans between 2-3 am and waking your kids up at your residence. I Tried calling management on 3 separate occasions to see if we could atleast push service to 5 am, and was told it would be fixed. But here I am, posting this because it still hasn’t been resolved at Clarksville GFL. Prefer to put 0 stars, but was not an option. Here we are again, at 0247 in the morning
