“Called for an appointment to get an estimate on a repair that I need done asap. Scheduled the appointment for 1/13 between 10a & 12p. At 10 minutes to 12 I still hadn’t heard or seen anyone so I called. Was told that they were on a job and they didn’t give me a time (they did) but that they have to take care of jobs first. Too bad for them bc they might have gotten another job had they actually showed up to give me an estimate.”
