“Hate to post a negative review. On lock 4 in Gallatin taking my daughter to practice. When we hit the 3 way stop, we waited our turn and proceeded to go. This guy blows his horn while I’m turning and flips me off? Even if I WAS in the wrong, really? So I slammed on my brakes and took the name of the company down. Driving a pretty big truck, honking and flipping me off is a bit much. Nice marketing tactic, that drivers actions WERE NOT ALLGOOD! Have a great day and chill behind the wheel brother.”

“What an awesome man with a big heart. I needed my tank pumped ASAP and insured him I’d have it uncovered early morning next day. He showed up first thing and pumped it out. Great conversation as he worked. Great Christian man with a servants heart. This makes my second tank he’s done for me and I was just as pleased the first time but Google review didn’t exist. If I could award 10 stars I would.”

“To start, I've used Allgood twice now. The first time was roughly 3yrs ago when they pumped our tank and installed a riser and then recently again for another pump of our tank. Both times they were nice and had no complaints. The second time we had them out was more of an emergency as we had a drainage issue. Allgood mentioned if the issue came back then they may need to dig to explore and figure out the issue. Well fast forward 3 weeks and here we are with the same issue, so I gave Allgood a call. I called Allgood and a gentlemen answered with a very quick "hello?". I immediately asked if I was speaking with Allgood since he didn’t state the company name when he answered. His reply was, very rudely, "yeah but we closed at 530". This is when people reach out to companies, after hours, in a time of need. The time that I had called was only 30min after this period (and I did not know prior that they closed at this time). However, on the same note, why answer the phone if you aren’t open? I informed the gentlemen of the returned issue and would like to see about scheduling to have them come out to inspect and determine what needed to be done. He asked where I lived and then replied saying that he returned to my home after the recent pump (which he did not as I have security cameras) to confirm the issue had returned and was not a job that he wanted to take on and would "pass". While I completely understand a business has the right to take on and choose what they want, the manner and attitude in which this gentlemen had was the rudest I have ever encountered by a company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. After this rude interaction, I would seriously consider whether or not this business would ever hold true to their word. I contacted another septic company shortly after the call with Allgood and had the best experience and understanding by them and were out the very next day. The way you speak to your customers says a lot about your business as a whole.”
