“From what I understand Reeves is under new management. I saw the negative reviews, but decided to go forward with them after talking to Derik (the new owner) on the phone. I couldn’t locate my septic tank and needed it pumped badly. Derik and his team came out twice to help me find it at no extra charge. Their communication was excellent and they genuinely did their best to help, to include coming out on a Sunday morning to get the job done. Derik has earned my business. This level of customer service and professionalism will easily make his company the top in middle Tennessee. It really just boils down to taking care of people, and clearly Derik is doing this well. Thanks for taking care of our family!”
