“Absolutely horrible experience. We were quoted $325 for a septic inspection and pump out, which seemed like a great price. After they dug up our yard, we all discovered together that the system included two tanks and a dosing tank. Instead of being honest and giving a fair updated price, they jacked the total to over $1,000 on the spot. What makes this even worse is that my fiancé called the company while they were still working in our yard and asked for a quote to pump out two tanks. They told her $600. That proves they intentionally ripped us off at our own home. This is a textbook bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with a great price, then once your entire yard is dug up, they raise the cost dramatically because they know you have no choice. On top of that, they ran over my neighbor’s internet pole, then tried to just stand it back up like nothing happened. Completely unprofessional — and now the responsibility will probably fall on us or the neighbor. After checking more reviews, it’s clear this company has a history of doing this to people. Never again. Dishonest, misleading, and absolutely not trustworthy.”

“Went with this company for the good reviews, I should’ve known the first red flag was being available same day an hour after calling. Ended up with going from under $400 to over $800 quote, but with “coupons” they could get it just under $600. I’ve never had a septic draining cost over $400. Said I had to get the “enzymes” and XYZ. Very frustrating, when u called to express my frustrations they basically said their techs know what they’re doing and the quote stands. Paid the $50 visit fee and called it a day, very upsetting.”

“Do not use this company unless you want to wait all day and get canceled not one day 2 days in the row. My realtor recommended them and i feel bad for her because she felt responsible for it. But the only one responsible is septic blue. One star because Google doesn't allow less. Congratulations septic blue team you worked hard and earned this bad review.”
