“Disappointed After 7 Years We hired AA Cut Rate Septic in April 2019 to install a new septic system based on their long-standing reputation in our area. They've installed nearly all the systems in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, we now need to replace the entire system due to an improperly installed drain field after only 7 years. We've attempted to contact John Tyler multiple times about this issue over the past 1+ year. He answered a few calls initially but has since stopped responding entirely. The situation became more complicated after AA Cut Rate was acquired by Wind River Environmental. Wind River came out to pump our tank July of last year. When scheduling, I mentioned I wasn't sure if we had a filter. During the service, they only opened one side of the tank. Had they checked the other side, they would have discovered we do have a filter. It's extremely disappointing to be ghosted by a company we trusted with a major home investment, especially when the system failed well before its expected lifespan. A septic system should last much longer than 7 years, and the lack of accountability or willingness to even discuss the situation is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.”

“It was a blessing to have John and his company AA Septic come to our house and install a new septic tank, the initial call to them was to clean out our septic tank but our original one was very old and sank in, so we had to install a new and much bigger tank. We met John when he immediately rushed over to inspect what had happened and he told us that he was the one that did the drainage when he was 16 years old and working for his aunt and uncle, what are the odds?.
