“My problem started on 10/10/2014, I called Cote's Septic Tank Service due to a referral from a good friend that I trust. They came and pumped the system, no problem, however, I let them know that I was probably need to have someone look at the system to determine if the damage I suspected was fixable or if I needed to have an entirely new system installed. You see my house is in a Special Flood Zone and was built in 1955, the septic system is not that old probably 1980's or 90's. So I make a call and talk to the Owner Jimmy Cote, who is very nice on the phone, he assures me he will send his son Mark out to have a look at it tomorrow that was on October 18th, and still I am dealing with this and can't seem to get anyone to come out at all, I gave up on Cote's quite awhile ago, this is not a reputable company, in my world when you say your going to do something you do it, when you say you are going to do it.”
