“I have a 300 gallon septic tank and got charged the baseline price of $350 for first 1,000 gallons. Wish they had a smaller charge for smaller tanks. The lady on the phone was very nice. They came out the same day I called. The guy that came was very nice and knowledgeable.”
“5 stars is not enough! Daisy was awesome from the start with communication. I wasn't sure where my septic lid was located. Owen probed and we put a tracker in the line. Found out my access to the tank was 3 feet deep. Steve came out with a mini excavator to dig. Owen had other jobs he needed to go to but then returned later to pump. I was expecting that he wouldn't return until the morning, but he said he was a man of his word and would be back the same day to pump. The following afternoon, Ubi and another associate (didn't get his name) returned to install a riser to make it easier for future pumping. I highly recommend ASAP and I will definitely use them in my future septic or drain cleaning needs. Once again, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is not enough! Well done ASAP!!”
“The office people we kind and understanding. The guy who came out to pump my septic was professional, offered services for items that maybe needed but didn't pressure me to buy what he was selling. Very nice guy and would suggest to anyone with any septic issue to call this company. They are professional and very service oriented without the high pressure sales pitch.”
