“WAS a repeat customer... not anymore Called and made appointment for service on following week. They DID NOT SHOW UP!!.. husband called at 5:30 and was told they would show up the next morning, came home and once again they did not show. Neighbors told me they actually did show up and were walking around for a few minutes and left. They must have not looked too hard for our exposed septic lid where I placed a bright orange cone on... plus they were at our address in the past. But they never called us for not showing up the first time, and apparently they won't call you if they can't find your septic lid even if it has a bright orange cone on it....don't waste your time, they don't care.”

“I called them on a Monday to schedule my septic to be pumped as soon as possible. They said they could have someone at my house that Friday between 1-3, which I said was perfect. Come friday, I waited until 3 and nobody ever called or showed up. From the hours of 3 until they closed at 5:30 I called 9 different times with no response, and their voicemail box was full so i couldn't leave any messages. I then waited until they were open again on Monday and called them again and this time, their mailbox was no longer full so i left a message explaining the situation and asked that someone please call me back. It is now tuesday and I still have not heard from anyone and I called them again this morning with no response. At this point I have to go to another company, which is upsetting because they were highly recommended. That's just poor business to not even have the decency to call me and explain, as i am quite understanding. We had even dug the area out for them so they could easily access and get right to it.”

“We had Hokes out to clean our septic tank several months ago. Class A service! About two weeks ago our septic backed up, we called someone else that could get here faster to fix it. Mistake. Yesterday it backed up again! I called Hokes and left a message last night and had a return call in less than 15 minutes. Today they came out and fixed the problem, so we should not have issues again. They said if we do, to call right away and they’ll take care of it. Excellent service all the time! Will recommend to anyone!”

“I called this morning with a semi emergency, and we met with a very friendly and helpful answer to my call. It just so happened they would be in my area and came within a few hours. Knowledgeable and helpful. Took her time to explain things and had us fixed up in minutes. Hokes will be my go to for all my septic needs from now on! We can not thank you enough!”

“Numerous attempts to reach them for a service quoted weeks ago. No return phone calls, and left my septic project a mess in my yard. Very frustrating. Will gladly change my review if a call back is received.”
