“The office staff (Barb) and serviceman (Tony) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our pump alarm began alarming Saturday morning. When I called Walter’s, I was greeted with respect and the answering service promptly arranged a phone call to Tony. Tony called and I explained the issue. He reassured me that we would be ok if we gently reduced our water consumption until Monday. Barb arranged for Tony to come out Monday afternoon to check things out. He ended up pumping our main tank so that other servicemen could come the next day to evaluate the septic pump. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received thus far. We have used Walter’s for the last 6 years on two properties. Always excellent service!”

“Walter's Environmental Services did a wonderful job pumping my septic tank out. They called when they were on their way, so I knew what time they would be there. The driver was very polite and professional. Their equipment was beautiful and well maintained. They took care of all the paperwork and notified the township that the septic had been pumped which is a requirement by the township. I will be calling them again the next time the septic system is due for pumping. I will also be asking for Justin Page. Justin was very careful on my property and insured that no sewage was spilled onto the ground. His work was professional, and he took pride in the work he did and the equipment he used. He had a great personality and was easy to talk with and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you Justin!”

“Shitter was full. Called to schedule a pump. Called back 3 days later to get an emergency pump since our house started backing up. They showed up within an hour and had it clear in 20 mins. Will always call walters! Ill pay the extra fees for great service anytime!”

“Called them because we had a clogged sewer line that goes from house to tank and had a plumber out that said the tank was full and that was the reasoning. So we called Walter’s as an emergency call to have our septic pumped. Tony showed up a couple hours later and started to pump some out come to realize that we do in fact have a sewer line clogged from house to tank. He went grabbed a pipe that was bent on the end and tried to use it ended up not working because of it being bent on the end to much.. so he got up and said he isn’t giving up went to truck and got duct tape, duct taped it so the broken end would stay sturdy and got back down and proceeded to be shoulder deep inside the tank shoving this rod through the clogged pipe trying to have it break free. Finally after 3-4 flushes of the toilet it breaks through and finally unclogging the pipe. So if you want a good service that takes care of their customers and go above and beyond. Especially Tony I recommend these guys. Thanks again Tony. You the man. P.s nothing alittle duct tape can’t fix. 😂”
