“Came to the house to fix a plumbing issue. Asked to be paid $175 for the emergency call, said he was going to come back to pump the septic, and that the $175 was going to be included in the price of pumping the septic. Never showed up after repeatedly saying he was on the way, multiple times. I think he just came to take the $175 after 10 minutes of work and never planned on actually following up. Do not use them.”
“They repaired a broken water line that lasted only 3 weeks. We couldn't wait for them to return to our home so we repaired it using another resource. An arrangement was made to discuss how they can help us with the additional repairs, since the wall had to be, once again, removed. Several attempts have been made for a call back and they have not returned repeated requests. The service we received was poor and the attempts to rectify the problem was unprofessional and unreliable.”
“I called on a Saturday at 7am because my water pressure was completely gone. Dennis responded to me right away and was at my house by 7:30am. He was extremely helpful and diagnosed the problem instantly. Not only did he get my water pressure back but it is at a better pressure than it has ever been in the past. Dennis was so informative, explained to me the problem and how to prevent it in the future. He is extremely friendly and makes you feel like family trying to help out family. I highly recommend Dennis and his company.”
