“GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH ROSSI ROOTER: Within 48 hours I had a root-plugged sewer line replaced by this outstanding company. They came to my house in about 20 hours after my phone call and assessed what was causing the drain stoppage. They then scheduled the sewer line replacement for the next day, after reworking their schedule to suit my needs. Vince was extremely accommodating to me. When the crew arrived the next morning they discovered that the backhoe which they brought would require us to remove a section of fence, delaying their start and of course causing some more expense. The crew leader suggested bringing in a smaller backhoe which would fit through our gate, to which I agreed. They then began their work and performed it quickly and professionally.
