“Yesterday I saw a plumbing truck 2 houses down and went over and asked the gentleman if he had a card and took the time while working on the other house to ask me some qualifying questions about my issue. The fact he was on another site and didn’t pass me off to just call was impressive and really showed me he takes pride in his job and customers who need help. Told me to call the number and ask for the co-owner Jesse Morales. I called the number and I think the person who answered the call was Jenny (if I am wrong let me know and I will correct). They worked to try and schedule me that day but had to come the following morning between 8am-10am. Showed up on time and even received a text indicating who would be there and they were on their way with a picture of the worker. Fixed our issue within a few hours perfectly, offered a referral for the flooring issue due to the flooding and is sending an estimate for another issue I will need fixed. Everyone I spoke with during the process was beyond professional and helpful. They had to tunnel under the house in three places and was able to replace all the dirt during the back fill. “I thought I would give them a try since they are a small business and thought I would get good service since they have some decent reviews. They came out and I already had the lids off of the tanks. They asked me to pay in advance before they would pump tanks. I thought to myself that didn’t seem right, but I did it anyway. I them what size tank they had on the truck and they told me 1600 gallons. Then I asked what size were the tanks I had and they told 1500 gallons. So they proceeded to pump out the tanks. Then the guy exactly pumping out the tanks hollered at the guy setting in the truck and told him to stop pumping. I asked what the problem was and the guy pumping the tank said that the truck was full and he would to pump some back in into my tanks. I said I thought you had 1600 gallon tank on the truck . AND HERE IS THE REAL KICKER… He told me he would only pump water back into my tanks and no solids. I guess he really thinks that I’m a dumb ass !!! I asked for a discount or if they were going to come back and pump the nasty stuff out that they pumped back into my tanks. I’m SURE YOU KNOW THE ANSWER. ONCE THEY LEFT THEY NEVER CAME BACK. “Ordered from thier website, where it says they pride themselves on having first in class customer service. And that orders will be shipped within one business day. Well, I was expecting to get my order by tomorrow seeing as I paid extra for EXPEDITED SHIPPING... But they haven't even shipped it yet. And I've been calling thier customer service number for the past 2 hours with no answer. Every time it gives you 10 minutes of hold before you can leave a message. This has to be a joke!!!! If they "pride" themselves on customer service then they should understand that this is the worst customer service I have ever had.... I finally got a hold of someone who told me they're waiting on the item from the manufacturer. But their website said it was in stock ready to ship, that's the only reason I ordered from them. The guy on the phone wasn't happy that I was very very unhappy with their company and asked me to "save it" for when he had his boss man call me back, then I can "let him have it". Because apparently the person that answered the phone is the only one there!!! I didn't even get him to answer the phone by clicking for customer service, I clicked on a random number (that was NOT one of the options #6 BTW) and got his line. I would cancel the order, but I haven't been able to figure out how yet... I'm definitely NEVER using this company again and I highly suggest you save your money and use some other company, one that is actually reliable and reputable, to get whatever items you need because this place definitely is not!!!! If I haven't heard back from the "boss man" by end of business today, I will be reporting them to the BBB. Because this is basically theft at this point. I've been charged for a product THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT HAVE.... They even let me pay for expedited shipping, with no product in stock and NO customer service to refund the order....... “Incredibly dishonest company. They charge $550 to pump a septic system, which is reasonable. However, if you have American home shield, they charge $1050 to do the same work. Now I understand, they do have to do just a touch more work, because they have to send someone out to do a quick check to make sure the septic system needs to be pumped. But sending a guy out to do a 10 minute check when he’s already in the area does not warrant an additional $500 charge for a quarter hour worth of work. let’s be real fair and say they’re worth $100 an hour, and go ahead and pay a minimum charge.
