“Brad was absolutely amazing! I am a nurse caring for a 100 year old hospice patient and the bathtubs and showers started backing up. Toilets wouldn’t flush. We called them and he showed up at 8pm at night, after driving an hour to Northville, and worked on it until 10pm on this 107 degree day. Unbelievable service and I could not be more thankful for his kindness and understanding during this time. A true gentleman and a huge heart for our situation. “Hunter Salmon took the video of my sewer line. However he didn’t do what he should have done. He emailed me the video and told me to send it to the city. He charged me $250.00. The city will not take the video from the homeowner, it had to come from the company that took it. The company is also supposed to mark the ground where the break is so they had to take another video and mark the ground. If it’s the responsibility of the city they will reimburse the company $200.for the video. So I feel I should be reimbursed since they will get 200 from the city. I feel they have lied to me and are cheating me. They say they have never had to send a video to the city!! The city says if they are a reputable company they know how it works and the city did know them. I can’t believe a company that’s been in business for13 years has never had to send a video to the city. If you don’t mind being cheated and lied to then this is your company. “Automatic septic and wall came out and put a new point in for us along with a pump and new pressure gauge, when they installed the pump and gauge they installed it wrong and did not put enough pressure in it and it burnt up, therefore causing the whole inside to melt in the pump. When we called them and told them that we had low water pressure that things were not working properly, they came back out a WEEK later and realized that it burnt up. Luckily, it did not burn my house down. After replacing the pump we still did not have good water pressure (so of course we shut the water off AGAIN) called them back out which of course was another couple of days. Well, Come to find out they did not put any pressure into the new pump AGAIN to get the water flowing so if we would not have called them back out they would’ve burnt up another pump. And after all the issues I called them because they sent me bill for a pump and they explained that they were not covering it under warrantee because it burnt up! Why should I have to pay for another pump when the installation was done incorrectly? Do not use these guys they’re a joke!!
