βI had a great experience with everyone at Double Flush. My main sewer line was blocked and they replaced it. I had old cast iron pipes that broke and burst. They were able to get my job scheduled in a few days. Communication through Tracy was great. The guys who came out were normal friendly guys who knew what they were doing. They worked quickly and got my line fixed. I felt like the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was required. Iβll use them again for sure.β β Brock, βββββ

βMy home's septic system has been cared for by Supeck since 1977. It is the only company of its kind I trust in the area and would recommend it to anyone who wanted fast, professional service with polite, qualified servicemen.(Thank you, Curtis, you even replaced the dug up turf you needed to remove in order to reach my in-ground tanks.) I'm still a bit in shock over the total cost (which was almost my entire monthly Social Security check), but I understand the environmental restrictions your company faces and the cost associated with those regulations. I also needed a replacement sump pump so I know that added to the total. But thank you again. See you in a couple years.β β Jill Sell, βββββ
βI am very pleased with the service I received from Supeck. The technician, Kevin, was excellent. As a first time owner of a home with a septic system, Kevin thoroughly explained things to me and was very patient with my questions. I very much appreciated the time he spent with me. I highly recommend Kevin and Supeck.β β Matthew Stella, βββββ

βWhen my hot water tank quit, I looked up nearby plumbers. I called all with good customer reviews but Me. Rooter was the only one who offered to come out on the weekend They are a 24-hour service and there is no up-charge for the day or time. Whew! Michael Gundic, CVR, came to my house on Sunday and fixed my problem on Monday. We discussed all the options, including financial arrangements. All documents are on-line. I decided to have the old tank removed and Mr. Gundic installed a tankless water heater and hauled the old tank away. I am thrilled with the result. Mr Gundic did amazing, lovely work. I am so very grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing.β β Rickie Beck, βββββ
βI called Mr. Rooter on 12/28/25 and advised them that I needed a technician to come out same day. I had to shut the water off to my house to change a Moen shower faucet cartridge. The cartridge was stuck and would not come out. Mr. Rooter showed up around 6 pm. He spent no more than an hour. He said the cartridge was fixed and asked me to turn the water on only to tell me to immediately turn off the water. He said he installed the cartridge upside down. He later said he corrected the problem. I asked him is any water dripping from the spout. He said no. He turned the water on quick and turned it off. The water some water coming out of the spout, but I assumed that was from the technician just turning off the water. He immediately left. I went upstairs into the bathroom and watched a steady flow of water coming from the spout. I called Mr. Rooter about 2 to 3 minutes after the technician left. I was wanting the technician to turn around and fix the problem he created. Customer service said he cannot turn around and I would have to wait until 8 am to 12 pm the following day even though they advertise they are 24/7 service. All she kept doing was apologizing like some AI operator. So, I paid $370.00 (with a senior discount) for work that made the situation worse. I uploaded a video so you can see how much water is leaking. It is not a drip; it is a flow. I would shut the water off to my house, but family members need access to the bathroom and water. I'm sure this will jack up my water bill on top of getting ripped off. I thought Mr. Rooter had a good reputation. I tried uploading a video put this review put out by Mr. Rooter would allow me. So, I several pictures and they uploaded them. Not ask good as video, but the pictures show the constant flow of water.β β Timothy Jones, β

βAlex Brit is a true professional. Very kind, considerate and immediately put me at ease. His extensive plumbing knowledge, keen attention to detail and extreme willingness to explain everything to me so that I understood was phenomenal. This job wasnβt easy as it was a 1960βs mobile home and he tackled it like a seasoned pro and never flinched. Thank you Alex! Plunger plumbers is a rock star company. Iβm a customer for life. OBTW - the picture truly doesnβt do any justice. This was a two day job.β β Tony Adams, βββββ
βHighly recommend Plunger Plumber--the team is quick to respond and very professional. They worked with me to make a new bathroom in my basement, undated sink and vanity in kitchen and upstairs bath, and did some drain clearing along the way. For this work, my technician was primarily Matty, but I also worked with Nick a lot. Both were friendly and professional and I got to know Matty since he was at the house almost everyday for two weeks. One recommendation: assume that every home you enter is "shoe free." I have a sign on my front door; for my household it's less about cleanliness and all about keeping the house free of lead dust and pesticides, both contaminants are very toxic. In greater CLE, much of the housing stock was built before laws prohibiting lead in paint were passed (1977), so it's in the soil and in the walls of homes and buildings we're working on now. Thanks, team!β β Dr. Bly, βββββ

βMoved from the city and never had septic before. The house needed a new one and Suburban came recommended from our neighbors. They didnβt disappoint. Great family run business. I can be a little high maintenance but they answered every question, came to the house multiple times to explain the process, kept the install date, and when we encountered unexpected issues they went out of their way to address and resolved them quickly. He was very accommodating and spent almost an hour on the phone with me, trying to help me diagnose the problem on my own. Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I pump my septic tank?
Most septic tanks should be pumped every 3-5 years, depending on household size, tank capacity, and water usage. A family of four with a 1,000-gallon tank typically needs pumping every 3 years. Regular pumping prevents solids from entering the drain field and extends your system's lifespan.
How much does septic pumping cost in Cleveland?
Septic pumping in Cleveland, Ohio typically costs between $300 and $600, depending on tank size (750-1,500 gallons), accessibility, and the service provider. Request quotes from multiple companies listed above for the best price.
What are signs my septic system needs repair?
Warning signs include: slow drains throughout the house, sewage odors near the tank or drain field, standing water or soggy spots in the yard, gurgling sounds in pipes, unusually lush grass over the drain field, and sewage backing up into the home. If you notice any of these, contact a professional immediately.
Do I need a permit for septic installation in Ohio?
Yes, Ohio requires permits for new septic system installations and most major repairs. Permits ensure systems meet health and environmental standards. Your septic installer will typically handle the permit process, but fees are usually $200-$1,000 depending on your location.
How long does a septic system last?
A well-maintained septic system can last 25-40 years or more. Concrete tanks last the longest (40+ years), while steel tanks may only last 15-20 years before rusting. The drain field typically lasts 20-30 years. Regular pumping, proper use, and prompt repairs are key to maximizing your system's lifespan.
What is the difference between a septic tank and sewer?
A septic system is a private, on-site wastewater treatment system owned and maintained by the homeowner. A sewer system connects your home to a municipal treatment plant that processes wastewater from the entire community. Septic systems require regular pumping (every 3-5 years), while sewer systems charge monthly fees for centralized treatment.
