“Fortunately I have not had many problems with my septic system. When I have, McClellan's has come very promptly. Everyone there has always clearly explained the situation to me and what to do about it. Everyone I have spoken to there (office, owner, workers) has been the same - polite, helpful and giving very clear explanations, especially when discussing costs and alternatives. I would not call anyone else. I highly recommend McClellan Septic.”
“Bob came out today and gave a surprise 100 dollar upcharge for coming on a Saturday without any heads up. He is also over 100 dollars more than Supeck sanitary. Do yourself a favor and go that route. We will never use McClellan or refer anyone to use them ever!”
“Installed Septic Tank Aerator at quoted price then performed additional electrical labor work without an estimate and way overcharged for work - at least double for the time spent. Do not recommend this company unless you get a quote ahead of time and compare it to others - very expensive!”
