Shaun told me he was a little backed up but he could pump the tank and do the jetting in a couple of weeks. I was good with that. While I appreciate anyone who is willing to work on my sewer system, I don’t really like having only one company that will service the system. I had an alarm and had to call them, and I needed a pump out, and my pump wasn’t working. They couldn’t tell why until it was pumped out. And I couldn’t get that done for 4 days.
