“All I ask from a septic company is honesty and dependability and I got both from Complete Septic. I called to get my tank pumped and lines jetted. Shaun told me he was a little backed up but he could pump the tank and do the jetting in a couple of weeks. I was good with that. He even came back to pump the tank a couple of times while we were waiting for the jetting. He found a few other problems and was very up front about what I was looking at. He also put some risers in to make it much easier to get it pumped. He was honest about pricing and kept me informed of where we were at costwise. I will continue to use Complete Septic and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.”
