“Came the next day. Located my tank, dug out the lid and pumped. They did a great job.”
“Very rude complaining the entire time. My home was built in 1972 which I only have lived here about 10yr and I guess the tank had never been pumped. I would not recommend them I know I'll never use them again.”
“Ray and Brittany are at the top of my list of good folks! They spent at least 3 hours yesterday trying to find the tank on a property we just bought. They came back again today after Pinpoint Utilities located the tank for us. In my mind, they could have charged me for two visits but did not! They were on time, friendly, helpful, patient with my questions, and all around good people. I highly recommend them.”

“Came to clean our septic tank and didn’t do anything at all. It was still very full as it was before and they said it’s supposed to be like that. They scammed us. I definitely don’t recommend doing business with them. Very unprofessional!”
