“My son called to have a lift station pumped out for me and was told next day. Less than an hour later I got a call saying they could be on site by 1400-1500 hours that same day … They actually arrived early around 1200 hours … I was not on site when the work was complete ..(in the hospital) The crew left an invoice and departed the job site…No questions asked… Two days later when the meds wore off I realized I had not called and paid for the service.. I called in and paid my bill… They did the work correctly. Ahead of schedule, did not demand immediate payment nor did they blow my phone up. They trusted me and now I trust them. If you are looking for old school service that can be conducted on a handshake or verbal commitment this should be your go to company. If you are happy with Half hearted Service, and “I’m done… we only accept cash”, call someone else….. “Working with AAA Action Septic has honestly great. When I called at 8pm getting home from work to an alarm on the system the owner himself came out in 30 minutes, gave me an overview of what was going on and assured me this was all fixable. The next morning they sent out Gilbert and Charles to do the repairs and they were able to get my system up and running quickly.”

“Definitely do not use them if you value your time. I was asked what a good time for them to come out was and I gave them a time. That was LAST Thursday and they still have not come out. I was called 5 days later to reschedule after not hearing a word from them. I was told “ we get off around 2-3 and no one wants to wait until you get home”. (Which was 5pm. Not to mention they pass me on their way back to the yard) I rearranged my work schedule to be home at the newly chosen time which was between 2-3. (Their choice might I add) and they have yet to respond or communicate. This happened the first time I had them out so I knew better, but they are less than a mile away so I figured it was convenient for all. I was pretty nervous to rate them considering how close they are to me and the rumors I heard but if it saves someone else time then I guess it was worth it.”

From the office staff to the installation team and the system itself I'm very happy and the best part is, they had the lowest price out of the 3 estimates I got. There were no surprises or extra costs everything was very upfront and they were even willing to come out before we signed a contract to walk the property and explain everything to me.
