The lady on the phone cut me off to tell me they cannot come out until I know where it's located and I have it dug up and accessible. I called another company and they were so polite and scheduled to come out in 2 days. They were able to find exactly where it was online and we're happy to come and pump it for me. “Had my septic tank "cleaned " out on a Thursday and not even a week later it's backing up into drains . There is no way that it was throughly sucked empty . Called the company and they insisted we pay another $330 to have them clean it out again . Highly disappointed in this company !!! Seems kinda sketchy that they didn't provide a receipt as well . Deserves no stars !!”
