“Thank you for an uneventful experience!!! I called them Thursday afternoon and Annette let me know she would check their schedule since I needed the pump out asap. She called me back and left me a message letting me know someone would be out Friday between between 0800-0900; I called back in the morning and asked if they could come after 0900 and the time was accommodated. The technician Javier was very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous, he answered all my questions. I appreciate a company’s Great Customer Service, fair pricing and that is what I received. Thank you!! I HIGHLY recommend them and will DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them. THANK YOU!!”

“I called S&G on 4/22/24 for a pump out and they said they’d come out the next day between 9-10 am. To my delight, I get a 30 minute courtesy call and, they arrived 15 minutes early! The gentleman that showed up was very friendly and informed what he’d be doing. The process took about 45 minutes and when he was done, he again advised what happened and gave some suggestions on maintenance. Given all that, their price was the best in town compated to other companies I called for a 2k gal. tank. Customer service was fantastic and I highly recommend S&G!”

“I’ve called for service on a Monday 22nd May and I was told I they would come Wednesday. They didn’t. Not a call or cancel update. So I called again on Thursday and they told me the truck was down. But since then not a word from them. I ended having to call someone else to help me. They do not care about any urgent matters when it comes to septic service. You would think once they got their truck fixed they would call or make another arrangement for a pump. Nothing but silence.”
