“Bob did an outstanding job installing new water hoses and a gas line hose for the new washer and dryer we purchased. The old lines were frozen and difficult to remove. Bob was courteous, professional and thorough. He left the worksite very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company! I’ve used Superior Drainage before and will do so again!”
“Firstly, we have used Superior for years. They have treated us right every time! We had a sink hole in our yard. This was a first! We called Superior and Mike came out and looked at it. He thought it was a collapse at the ‘T’ where 2 downspouts connected. He was right. After Rodney and Zack came out (and much hand digging) the connection was exposed and discovered that the pipe was bent and had a big hole in it! How does that even happen?! They were great and fixed the connection Superior customer service is tops for us. Thank you!”

“Mr. Jim Nelisse went way above and beyond service. He came here to replace my mom’s old gas dryer valve. He had noticed and told me that they no longer used a 3/8 “ gas dryer valve and pipe fitting. He had said that we were lucky not to burn down our home with the old equipment that we had. I give him a six out of five; if there is such a rating.”
