“The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. She was able to get us on the schedule for the same day. Carl, the owner of Yoder's Septic gave me a courteous call that he was on his way. We were having water back up in our downstairs bathroom. We originally used a plumbing company that worked weekends the previous month. Without looking at our tank they snaked the drainage line, only to have it happen two days later, another call, another snake and here we are with the same problem. We've used Yoder Septic for 10 years and I am so glad I gave them a call (I should have just done this last month). Within a hour, Carl had the problem fixed and even offered some practical solutions for the future. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I am relieved that this was taken care of quickly, correctly and with a fair price. I would recommend Yoder's to my family and friends first. Now to catch up on all the laundry and dishes.”
