“Called this company to schedule a tank cleaning. Mr Nelson Asked how I heard of them. I told him I found receipts in the house papers from the previous owner, he was laughing the whole time and asked for the address. I told him and he said I've never been there, I told him again that I found three receipts looks like every three and a half years and he laughed again and said "You're supposed to get your tank cleaned every 2 years." And then he again said he's never been there. Okay What does that have to do with anything? I just wanted to schedule a cleaning. What the previous owner did has nothing to do with me. He went on about regular cleaning and how it should be cleaned every two years and continuously laughing the whole time, cutting me off every time I would speak. So I finally said you know what you're not professional. I change my mind. I'm going to go with someone else you have a great day. And then he just laughed and said Okay bye. Do you do that to all your new customers? Guess I should have read his reviews before calling and I would have noticed how unprofessional he is. A little friendly reminder, Treat people the way you would want to be treated.”
“They were out about 24hrs after I initially called them. Job was properly done within 15 minutes. Showed up early to their appointment. Fast, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. We will continue to go back to them.”
“I've lived in my home for 40 years without ever having had my tank pumped. When I called they gave me the soonest slot they had because I had a backup' I kind of expected to get a lecture about letting it go so long when they came out, but no they just stated the obvious and were very nice about it. took care of my problems. Nice guys very professional, will use again.”
“The day before my father-in-laws funeral, lots of guests in the house, my tank backs up. I call Coopers. Nelson Sr. gets out of the truck with an attitude and it didn't improve. I tried to work with him, but i finally suggested that he didn't have the best bedside manner. That made him blow his top and he shouted every four letter word I didn't need to know. I thought at one point he was going to hit me. I finally sent him home after he charged me an extra $100 because of "cold weather". I spent the next two hours cleaning the rest out by bucket and ladder!! Take my advice....lots of other good septic tank pumping companies out there.”
“Called for a price quote...an older man answered and I think he was sitting on a box of feathers because all he could do was giggle and laugh. Claims he was giving us the best quote because anyone else he would charge much more. That being said, I'm pretty sure he's been exposed to too many septic tank fumes...nobody laughs that much.”
