“Horrible experience. They stood us up for 3 days. Promised scheduled appointments but kept pushing us off for 3 days. No communication. Service Provider, Joseph, showed up at house and texted home owner “trees need trimmed” and left property. If service provider would have taken a moment to talk to home owner (who was waiting in the house all day for him) - there were several different ways to enter property, trash dumpster trucks and fire trucks drive the road weekly, no tree branch issues. Joseph was over booked and took one glance and left to make other jobs. It was an emergency job with little kids in the home. We have called and scheduled for 3 days with this company. Called another company Lone Star Septic and they immediately answered our request and able to come out to help. Highly recommend Lone Star Septic. Will never do business with Aus Cen Tex again.”
