Over the weekend, our plumbing system’s circuit breaker kept tripping and we couldn’t figure out what was going on, so we called VSE. Even though it turned out not to be a major issue, VSE was great. Tommy and Austin were thorough, cleaned and inspected the system, and took the time to explain how everything works. They confirmed the pump and float were working properly and within the correct amperage range. They also found evidence of wipes (lesson learned) and explained how that can make the pump work overtime. We really appreciated how helpful and informative they were. I got no response for 3 days then finally a grumpy tech answered and made every excuse not to come out. “We've been calling Vega for years on the rare occasion we have a septic issue, and they are always fantastic. Honest, thorough, considerate and happy to explain the issues. They always offer to repair things rather than replacing them if possible, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Recently we had to have our field jetted for the first time (a decade of roots growing in the lines) and Julio and team went above and beyond to clear the pipes, and explained how to avoid it in future.
