“Be warned! Highly unprofessional business. There is a lot of details that could go into this review but I will summarize it below. Review on Owner/Driver Overview. - disrespectful towards women (only preformed "service" and effectively communicated to a male friend whom I asked to be present after he drove off and refused to service my RV the first time when I was alone) - 1.5 hours late with no update, courtesy call or apology (vague information given when I called for status update,rude about the conversation on his late arrival) -avoided responsibility for his actions (denied his role as the owner and main person that received my appointment information) - did not properly empty my tank (my tank was completely full after his service) - rejected my calls after payment for the "service" receive (the man basically stole my money. Ripping me off, knowing what poor work he did) -acted out and proved poor customer service in front of the youg child working with him I regretfully did not look up the negative reviews (which have now been deleted) previous to hiring him. I'm hoping this review will give you insight on how this business operates without going into the nitty gritty, awful details. Hopefully this will also inspire positive change in the owner and give his child worker a better role model to look up to.”
