“Braxton was very professional and did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and B&B was able to get out here just as soon as they could after the winter weather we experienced. This will be our go to pumping company and I highly recommend they do a thorough and complete job!”
“B & B Pumping was called on Friday and they were here on Tuesday to pump our septic tanks! Complete service from start to finish was knowledge, accommodating and great service with a smile all the way around. Heather returned my call about 15 minutes from me reaching out. She had was polite and confident in her service. On Tuesday morning she let me know that my service would be delayed by a few minutes, but still everything was still delivered as promised. Braxton called and let me know exactly what time he would be here and arrived friendly, clean and extremely professional! He went straight to work, did an excellent service of putting everything right back together as though nothing ever happened! Recommend without reservation! B & B gets an “A+”, 💯 in this family’s review!!”
“B&B was able to move some other customer appointments around to get to us more quickly because of some issues we were having with our septic tank that needed immediate attention. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of very quickly. The office staff and driver were very clear with communication and they did a great job of getting us taken care of!”
“These guys did a great job and went above and beyond! They answered all of my many questions about aerobic systems. I ended up having it pumped and we discovered a couple of my tank lids were cracked. They had another employee drive out 3 new lids so I wouldn’t have to set up an appointment and have them come back out again. Amazing Team! They have earned my future business for sure!!”
