The pumper did not do the job correctly. Herr Septic identified the problem at their next maintenance visit. The pumper was impossible for me to deal with. Ben stepped in and communicated with the pumper. Today the pumper returned to pump it correctly at no charge. Next time I need it pumped, I will ask Ben to recommend an experienced pumper.”
