I called this morning at 11:30am and I had a technician at my house by 12:15 and had our aerator fixed and running in less than an hour! They are amazing”

“UPDATE: another service provider came out. Told me that our septic system had been wired incorrectly and showed me exactly where Everclean went wrong. Everclean also replaced a motor for the system but never came inside to see that the fuse was blown. System had not been working for several months as they also give me wrong information about how my system works. I should pursue all this legally but I am just moving on and hoping this post ensures that nobody else has this same experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Service and communication has gone down hill. I have used this company for 5 years. The last experience was that they couldn’t access my septic system and said that they would figure out a resolution. Over a month has gone by and they haven’t been back. I have left several phone calls and emails and have gotten no response. Further, every year I get a letter from the city saying that they received no verification that I have my septic system being actively and regularly serviced. I am thinking that Everclean just hasn’t been sending in notification to the city and then I have to remind them every year. I have moved on to a different company…”

“I have been trying to get my septic pumped for over 1 year now. I paid the yearly maintenance plan. I can’t get anyone to call me back or return my emails. I would not join their service contract. I would love a call or email to take care of services promised.”

“We have been with this company for over 17 years. No complaints. Til now. We just were notified by the county they are no longer certified to verify our aeration system to comply with the health department. To make matters worse we just paid them for a two year contract and now no one answers the phone at this business. Very disappointing. Looks like we will have to take them to small claims now to get our money back and quickly find a new company.”

The technician arrived within 2 hours and checked the motor and confirmed that it was worn out. He found a new motor that fit our system and installed it the same day at a fair price.
